About billing
- Is the free tier a trial?
- No. It is free indefinitely and needs no card. Every UML, ArchiMate, BPMN and ER diagram type is available on it, along with PNG, SVG and Mermaid export.
- Why are the paid prices not shown yet?
- Because they are not set. The cards read X rather than a number somebody could plan a budget around and then find changed. They will show real figures before the paid tiers open, and the free tier is unaffected either way.
- What happens to my diagrams if I stop paying?
- They stay yours and stay readable. Export is not a paid feature for the standards-based formats, so a model can always be taken out in XMI or the ArchiMate Exchange format regardless of what you are paying.
